Refund policy

We are confident that you will love our party supplies. However, in the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged please email us at sales@thepartyroom.co.nz as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you did not end up using the product. We are also unable to provide a refund for orders that are affected by shipping delays as this is beyond our control.

Any return shipping for non-faulty products is at the buyers cost.
