For orders less than $100:

$7.99 nationwide shipping for all urban New Zealand addresses

$12.99 nationwide shipping for New Zealand non-urban/rural addresses 

Items will be shipped the same/next business day following purchase. Please allow enough time for the delivery of your items. Shipping delays are possible so please account for this when placing an order with us.

We ship the majority of our orders with NZ Post & Post Haste. Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund for orders that are affected by shipping delays as this is beyond our control, so please order well in advance of your event.

North Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. If you are based in a non rural Auckland address, deliveries are usually overnight. 

South Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-4 days for delivery. Overnight service only applies to major centres and to orders that are shipped in satchels. Boxed orders will take a minimum of two days for delivery.

Rural deliveries: These will take an additional 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for delivery.

Click & Collect: If you are based in Auckland, you are welcome to place a click and collect order.  Please select 'local pick up' during the checkout process.

Collection is at our Auckland warehouse - 4/152 Lansford Crescent, Avondale. We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 3.00pm and Saturday 10am - Midday
