We ship the majority of our orders with NZ Post & Post Haste. Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund for orders that are affected by shipping delays as this is beyond our control, so please order well in advance of your event.
North Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. If you are based in a non rural Auckland address, deliveries are usually overnight. South Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-4 days for delivery. Overnight service only applies to major centres and to orders that are shipped in satchels. Boxed orders will take a minimum of two days for delivery. Rural deliveries: These will take an additional 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Click & Collect: If you are based in Auckland, you are welcome to place a click and collect order. Please select 'local pick up' during the checkout process.
