Each pom pom ball is made by hand in Nepal using 100% NZ wool. The balls are dyed using azo free dyes which are non-toxic and good for the environment. The pom poms are strung by hand into the different colour combinations in NZ on to a length of cotton string.
There are zero knots required as the pom poms stay in place. Each ball can be separated, arranged and grouped together on the garland as you like.
Pom pom garlands are an ideal decoration for hanging over the top of a party table, on top of a photo frame, across a mantel or hang against a wall as room decor. They are a great way to add a pop of colour to any party or childs bedroom.
The pom pom garlands use balls that have a diameter of 2.5cm and are strung onto approximately 2.5 metres of cotton yarn. Each garland includes 48-50 pom poms.
As all of our garlands are made by hand, please note that there may be some small variation in the colour and shape of the felt balls. For safety reasons, please do not hang these garlands around a baby's cot or above a small child’s bed.
